Call. Text. Email. Video. One conversation.
The AI screening agent who never loses the thread.
Maya reaches every candidate the way they actually respond, screens them, and books them. When a call hits voicemail, she texts. When a text turns into a question, she answers it. When a role needs a closer look, she runs the video interview. Same conversation. Nothing repeated. Nothing lost.

Real results
From teams running Maya today.
Your candidates don't live on the phone.
Half of them won't answer an unknown number. Most read a text within minutes. Some want the details in writing before they'll talk. The best ones are weighing three offers and will take whichever recruiter is easiest to deal with.
A phone-only bot dead-ends at the first voicemail. An SMS-only bot can't screen. Email alone is too slow. Recruiters end up stitching the channels together by hand, and the candidate ends up answering the same question three times.
Every channel switch is where a candidate goes quiet. Maya is built for that moment.
One conversation, four channels
Watch one candidate go from 'applied' to 'booked' without a recruiter touching it.
A real Maya flow. Every step uses what happened in the step before.
Four channels. One memory. Zero 'as I mentioned before'.
Every channel a candidate uses. One recruiter behind all of them.
Voice
Natural, two-way phone conversations. Maya asks your role-specific screening questions, handles the candidate's questions, qualifies against your must-haves, and takes callbacks and inbound calls. When a candidate needs a human, she rings your recruiters live and hands the call to whoever picks up first.
Text
Two-way SMS that reads like a person, not a drip campaign. Every reply is written from the whole conversation so far, including what was said on the phone. Candidate texts STOP? Maya stops instantly and carries on by email. Messages go out only in the candidate's local sending window.
Detailed answers, recaps and next steps, sent from your own dedicated Maya mailbox on your domain and threaded with the texts and calls that came before. Recruiters see the full back-and-forth in one place.
Video
A candidate-run video interview from a link. No login, no scheduling, no app to install. Maya asks the same structured questions as the voice screen, verifies the candidate's identity with an ID and selfie check, flags signs the answers aren't the candidate's own, and delivers the recording, transcript and scores to the recruiter.
She remembers, so candidates never repeat themselves.
Most 'multi-channel' tools are four bots wearing one logo. Maya carries one running picture of each candidate on each job:
What the job is. Title, location, pay, shift, hiring manager notes and your FAQ answers, so she answers questions instead of deflecting them.
What was said on the call. The transcript travels with her. The follow-up text references the call.
What was texted and emailed. Every reply is written against the full thread, not the last message.
What the candidate asked for. “Text me, don't call”, “after 5 my time”, “call me back Thursday” are honored, not noted.
Where they are in the process. Already screened, already booked, already said no: Maya stops, and your recruiters aren't embarrassed by a second outreach.
The candidate feels like they're talking to one person who was paying attention. Because they are.
You decide how Maya reaches people. She never improvises on the rules.
Opt-outs are absolute.
STOP, unsubscribe and do-not-contact are honored across every channel the moment they land.
Do-not-call lists respected.
Candidates on national, local or your own DNC lists are never dialed. You choose whether Maya may still text and email them while your recruiter makes the call.
Contact windows by the candidate's time zone.
No 6 AM texts because the recruiter is in a different state.
Your questions, your knockouts, your facts.
Screening questions, must-pass criteria and job FAQs are yours to write and change.
Your name on the door.
Call her Maya, or give your virtual recruiter your own name. Candidates see your brand.
Human when it matters.
Call outcomes that need a recruiter are flagged and routed, and candidates can ask for a person at any time.
Every candidate arrives pre-screened, scored, and fully documented.
Open a job, open a candidate, and the whole story is there.
Screening results per job: a fit score, every question with the candidate's answer, your custom fields filled in, the call recording and transcript. Multiple calls? Switch between them.
Video interview report: recording, transcript, question-by-question scoring, identity check result, and integrity flags. Attempts that were cut short tell you why.
The whole conversation: every text and email, in order, next to the calls.
The pipeline at a glance: emails and texts out and in, replies and no-replies, calls placed, screenings completed and every call outcome, by job and by date range. Click any number to see who is behind it.
In your ATS, not beside it: statuses, notes and activity sync to the candidate record your team already works in.
From application to interview with no recruiter in the loop until there's someone worth talking to.
Applicants and sourced candidates get different sequences, because they are different conversations. An applicant gets a call within a minute and a text if they miss it. A sourced candidate gets a text or email first, and the call comes when they show interest.
Each sequence follows up on its own schedule, stops the moment the candidate replies, books, opts out or is screened, and reports what it did.

What Talent Teams Say About Maya
Teams using Maya reach candidates in minutes, book more interviews, and stop losing people between channels.
"Before, candidates might sit for 15 to 72 hours before we got to them. With Curately, now they're getting a call within about a minute, and that alone helped us reach about 10% more applicants."
Evan Zmarthie
Operations Manager, The Nurse Connection Staffing
"Curately has completely changed how we deliver results as a team. What used to take hours of manual sourcing, screening, and follow-up is now streamlined through AI-powered search and automated journeys that actually work. We're able to find the right talent faster, but more importantly, we're able to keep them engaged instead of starting from zero every time a new req opens."
Lourdes Perez-Castillo
Senior Manager, Direct Sourcing Operations, AgileOne
"As a staffing firm, we needed a solution that could automatically handle initial candidate screenings, leverage AI for sourcing, and power more automated email campaigns for business development and talent engagement. Curately checked all of those boxes."
Shanel Avritt
Vice President, General Manager, Workway
"We partnered with Curately to scale our contingent hiring. What we didn't anticipate was its impact on our internal hiring. It brought clarity to the skillsets we need and helped us identify talent we may have otherwise missed, strengthening our team at iDEAL Hire."
Heather Jennings
President & Partner, iDEAL Hire
